Welcome Letter
Once your payment has been approved you will recieve the following or a similar welcome letter with important information:

Welcome Your Name.

Your new account has been created.

This document contains technical information about how to access your website, set-up email accounts, and more important information. Please read through it.

This Document will answer a lot of your questions you might have saving you time and frustration. We recommend you print this letter out and not to delete it.

To set-up your email and other features of your hosting visit the Control Panel at http://70.85.195.242/cpanel/ To view your website before you update your DNS go to http://70.85.195.242:2082/~username/

Login to your Control Panel
Once your account has been set-up you can login in to your account at:

If your domain name has not been updated yet You can access your Control Panel through your web browser at http://70.85.195.242/cpanel/ or http://70.85.195.242:2082

If your domain name has been updated
You can access your Control Panel through your web browser at http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/ or http://www.yourdomain.com:2082

You will be prompted for your username and password. Enter the information that you were provided in your Welcome email. If you can not access your control panel or have lost your password please contact us at support@autobahnwebs.com

Update Your Password
We recommend that you update your password to one that you can remember after you login into your Control Panel for the first time. To update your password in the Control Panel:

1. Login into your Control Panel

2. Click on the Change Password Icon

3. Enter your Old Password

4. Enter your New Password

5. Confirm your New Password

6. Click on the 'Change your password now!' button

If you have lost your password please contact us at support@autobahnwebs.com your password will be sent to the e-mail that you registered with.

Standard Directory Files
When you connect to the server you will see the following list of directories:

.htmltemplates
.htpasswds
.neomail
.spamassassin
.sqmaildata
.trash
etc
mail
public_ftp
public_html
tmp
www

It is very important that you do not delete or rename any of the files or folders that are on the server. The directory you will be working with is the public_html directory. If your files are not in the publc_html directory then they will not be visable on the internet.

It is also important that you place an index page in your public_html directory. The page can be index.htm, .html, .php, .cgi, .asp among others. If you have more then one index page in your directory the default will go to index.html.

View My Site
Before your domain name is update to our servers you may want to upload your site and view it. You can view your site in your web browser at http://70.85.195.242/~username/

Please remember to replace the word username for the username you were sent in your welcome email.

Once you domain name has been update you can view your site the following ways:

http://www.yoursite.com
http://yoursite.com
www.yoursite.com
yoursite.com

If you create a directory off of your public_html you can view that directory by adding it onto the end of your site.

http://www.yoursite.com/new/

If you delete any of these you can contact support@autobahnwebs.com to to fix it.
